I lost all of my expansion packs after the switch to EA

I just had to switch from the origin app to the EA app and since doing so I have lost all of the sims 3 Expansion packs that I owned. Before switching, I owned most of the sims 3 expansions but now w...

    Hi there @paige1119,

    This sounds like your other missing expansions may have been registered to a different EA account instead of the one you're currently logging into. I'd recommend reaching out to the live support team through the help site here so they can help search for any older accounts you may have. If you still have the game codes from your disks, live support can also locate which account those codes are currently tied to. 

    If you have any troubles getting through to the support team there, please be sure to let me know.
