So I bought a digital key for Titanfall 2 deluxe edition and Batlefield 1 revolution edition, but when I entered the code it didn't gave me the games and then when I try again it says that this code has already been reedem. Please help me.
I also contacted EA help but they didn*t helped me.
OMG, i just came back home and i saw that i had the games and i can install them. I want to thank you for all and I hope you will be promoted.
It happed to my to i redeem the code but when i cheeked my library the game wasn't there i don't know what to do plzzz help EA
Hello there! I seem to be having the same issue. I can enter the digital code and it looks like it's about to work but then it takes me back to the "Redeem Code" window and says the code has already been used. I've tried clearing the cache 2 times and the game is still not showing up. Wondering if you have anymore tricks up your sleeve. Thank you in advance!
Had the same problem, I found this and it worked!
- Top left in the EA app, click the three lines
- Click 'Go Offline'
- Wait for it to disconnect
- Click the three lines again and click 'Go Online' (I restarted app)
- Wait for it to reconnect
- The products should now show as 'download'

When a do this my app froze for a long time, how much time is normal to wait until goes offline?
