I want to play sims :(

i’m trying to play sims4 on mac and whenever i open the app its making me sign onto EA and i know i have the right information because i’ve changed my passsord now like 10 times but it still won’t le...

    Hello purplenurple42O​,

    Are you sure the pop-up is for an EA app login and not for your Apple login credentials? If it is an Apple message, you need to use your Apple login details.

    If it is an EA app message, try reinstalling the EA app and see if this resolves the issue.
