Infinite loading screen after pressing the download button on the game Turmoil.

I just got xbox game pass and now want to get turmoil it says included with my EA p;ay membership which came with Xbox Gamepass. and once install is pressed i can move around with TAB but cant click anything and the loading circle just stays their until FULL restart. Im on pc please help dont want to mess anything up.
