The names of the missing games (please just name a handful), All Purchases made before purchasing the Sims4. All Sims 3 DLC

The date when this issue first started. I only noticed is recently as I have reinstalled The sims3

Your EA app Error Reporter ID (provide it in this thread). All purchases say place holder where the title should be
