My EA ID: barmatushechka

My Game: SimCity 2013 Complete Edition

My EA App version: 13.133.0.5646 (79648-7bc5bd6260)

My EA report ID: 1a6f86e2-8fc9-4da8-96ca-fb113b7cf2fe (report from 2024/02/21)

EA app show me only Standard Edition of Simcity 2013 with activated addons like "Cities of Tomorrow", but i bought key and activate it for Complete Edition of Simcity, and my game have missing content "Heroes and Villains" from complete edition.

This is my second report to EA, I've been waiting for a solution to this problem for six whole weeks, i have uninstalling and installing EA app many times, clearing cache and repairing game countless times.
How long i have to waiting yet?
