MISSING CONTENT: THE SIMS 4 SEASONS EP

THE DATE WHEN IT FIRST STARTED: 2 APR 2024 (WHEN I MIGRATED FROM ORIGIN TO EA APP)

EA APP VERSION: 13.166.0.5679 (81172-a9167a8ebd)

EA APP ERROR REPORTER ID: bd62bd7d-ceed-4631-b9e8-631883e5bd18

Not only did it disappear from my game library but also from order history, as if I had never paid for it. It's definitely the correct account since it's the only one I have.
