  • The names of the missing games (please just name a handful): Dead Space 3, Need for Speed: The Run, Crysis 3

  • The date when this issue first started, 12/12/24

  • Your current EA app version , 13.363.0..5876

  • Your EA Reporter ID(provide it in this thread). Unknown (nothing happens when I open it)

    I am wondering if this is happening because I had a merged account. Many years ago when it was still Origin I had created two accounts and they had merged them?
