Issues with my order via EA.com
I just paid online, got the confirmation and everything, it even shows online in my order history but the game isn't showing in my library in the EA app. If I search it asks me to buy it again.
Is this a known issue?
I went on Live Chat but feel like I was just being fobbed off. I was told:
"Thanks for your patience. Upon checking the invoice number, I would like to let you know that everything seems to be in order, we are just waiting for the payment to come through to us. You don't have to do anything on your end. I hope this information helps. Is there anything else I can help you with besides this?"
On my order history it clearly says "All items in your order have been digitally delivered or shipped." and payment has gone.
The order was made three hours ago. I've never had any issues with delays like this before.
