Hacked EA account and disappointing customer service,

Question

A couple of weeks ago, my EA account was hacked, and my email address was changed. Due to this, I haven't been able to play any of my EA games, especially Battlefield 6. I have tried contacting EA help multiple times, creating many cases. Still, my cases keep getting closed and marked as "resloved" when nothing as been solved yet, the live chat option also doesnt seem to work at least everytime ive tried to use it, please if anyone who can help is reading this, I would really appreciate it if i ciould get in touch with an agent or anyone who could help me, any more information needed from me will be provided.

I have a similar problem, I can't disconnect my steam account from someone else's EA account. I contacted customer support, waited in line for two hours, and they asked me to provide someone else's account details to restore access, although I can't know them because it's not my account!
They just don't care, the worst customer service

Please, where are you located ? And what time of day were you able to chat with them? I have not even been able to chat with anyone; it does not show a line for me all I see is an estimated wait time, and nobody ever shows up
