Jade Empire Special Edition does not launch in EA Desktop

Summarize your bug Unable to launch Jade Empire Special Edition on EA Play with Xbox Game Pass with following error: "Your game failed to launch An error on our end caused your launch to fail. Try again a little later." Tried again later in day and same issue came up
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try launching Jade Empire Special Edition in EA Desktop
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't launch the game
What do you expect to see? Being able to launch the game

    This is the fix that has worked for me.

    Find your Jade Empire .exe file in the folder where you installed the game. Troubleshoot compatibility (should default to Windows Vista [Service Pack 2]) and the game should launch. Hope this works for you too!

    This didn't work for me tried any other versions still crashing from ea desktop with same error and no error message that can give me any incite. Do you have any other tips?

    @Dekayius However, if I run the "compatibility troubleshooter" and let it test the application, it will bypass EA launcher and run the game.

    I did all the things you say in your answer. Now i can launch the game and play it, but when i try to exit from the first area the game crash during the loading. have you any idea why this thing happened ?

    Didn't work for me ☹️ Tried to run the comp troubleshooting and then changed the compatibility manually to every version, nothing works.

    I got the same problem with Crysis from EA Desktop
