Yep. Mine starts updating and then stops at exactly 12% complete, every time. Drops to ZERO B/s. Completely unacceptable. I only have one day per week where I have enough time to play, and I can't because of EA's garbage application. Clearing the cache does nothing. Limiting the download rate does nothing. My internet connection is completely fine otherwise (have Verizon FiOS, which is normally extremely fast).
I have same ISP and exactly the same issue. Why they dumped origin and put this hot garbage out I don't know. It's worse all around. Viewing literally anything is worse on here than origin. EA get your money back for whoever designed this junk. The download speeds are bad. Updating is worse and the store is horrible.
