Kits Not In Game

Is anyone else experiencing issues with the new kits? I purchased all three and even though I've received receipts that I've purchased them, they are not in the game. I have repaired the game, and re...

    Thank you for your response. Before I tried to clear the cache, I went to the game and checked downloads and it was there I saw, that none of the kits had downloaded, which has never happened before so I don't know what caused it this time. Again, thank you for your assistance =)!

First please check the order history on your account to verify that the purchases for these kits fully processed through. If you're seeing them in your order history, let's clear the cache for the EA app following these steps.

If this doesn't help, please let me know!
