I was given this fix on the forums and thought I would make a post to help all the people that are suffering from it.
1) Redownload the EA app.
2) When a prompt appears saying the EA app is already installed, click on "Repair".
3) Launch game.
Worked for me.

I'm not sure if it was a coincidence but I started using windowed full screen mode instead of full screen mode and it hasn't happened since. I saw this was a potential fix on another forum.
how did you fix it?

Not a single solution from the topic helped. I contacted my provider and made a white IP address and, lo and behold, the problem went away. while she's gone. the solution is on the provider's side. You need a static IP, not a dynamic one.
Community ManagerThe same problem ec-105, you need to launch the application and after a moment this error occurs. I cleared the cache, restored the application, but it doesn't work.
