License problem

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. The message you’re getting suggests the EA app is having trouble validating the game’s license.

Please start by clearing the EA app cache through Menu > Help > App Recovery > Clear Cache. After that, restart your PC, sign back into the EA app, and try again.

If the game is already installed, you can also try repairing it from your Library by selecting the three dots on the game tile and choosing Repair. If you’re accessing the game through EA Play, please also make sure your membership is still active.

If the same “Game license is invalid” error continues after trying those steps, I’d recommend contacting EA Help so they can check the game entitlement and account from their side, as that isn’t something we’re able to verify through the forums.

I know it’s frustrating to run into a license error when you’re just trying to get into the game, so hopefully one of these steps gets things working again.
