Please describe Log in fails over and over

Summarize your bug At random times of day, maybe evening mostly, I go to log in and it fails. It says there is a problem at this time. Try again later. So I try and try and try. No go. I already ran into this issue and had to reset my password. I then added my phone number thinking there was some verification process that would make it so I can log in no matter what. Obviously not. I tried to connect with my Steam. That doesn't work. How am I supposed to play my games that I bought? There is no offline mode. My email and address never save in the launcher even though I select "remember". This has to be fixed. I have a great PC and fast internet. All tested. It is very unlikely I am causing the problem. I do have Windows 11. Maybe that is an issue but that is for EA to fix.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure. Use your own launcher.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't log in.
What do you expect to see? A message saying, I can't log in.
Please fix this issue. I have no desire to buy anything from EA again until I can access my games all the time.
