The EA app is absolute HOT garbage. It's just issue after issue after issue, last week I had issues logging in now this week I have issues logging in. "Login didn't go as planned", what is that all about?!?!
I have the same issue today. I did manage to login once after running "app recovery" but my library is gone!!! No games.
Same problem, Today I finished my pc build and can't login in the EA App
The app is a mess. It's just like EA to force paying customers to use something unfinished and buggy.
If you're on a PC, try going to your start menu, scroll down until you see EA, click the down arrow to expand and then select "app recovery." A window will pop up with an option to clear the cache. Select that, close out of everything and then open the app and try to log in again. This worked for me, at least for now.
