Community Managerdid you own the games or did you get them via an EA Play subscription that has since expired?
Make sure to scroll down in your EA Play library and click on "Show All" so all the games that aren't downloaded are displayed.
If you can still not see your owned games on your account, you need to get in touch with EA support again. If you still have your game codes or purchase information, have those ready, as it can help locate the games.
