lost dlc

I bought quite few dlc packs for the sims 4 and purchased it through klarna,
i had them when i made my sims 4 save, bought a new pc and when i downloaded the origin app to my new pc the DLC vanished and i can't play my save.

I've contacted EA help mulitple times provided proof of purchase the merchant ID and everything.
i've contacted Klarna as well after a long and frustrating back and forth between the two they have both said they can't help unless i contact the other, disregarding proof i've contacted both.

they just stol $90.88 and refuse to refund me.

    Origin for Windows PC has been sunset for quite some time now. To access your purchased content, please use the EA app for Windows, which you can download here:

    Once installed, make sure to log in with the EA account that was used to purchase the DLCs.
