Hi, I've had an issue with the EA app crashing on my mac. I try to download the app to launch the game, and it works, but when I try to run it on my mac, it bounces once and then does nothing. Nothing appears, no trace of the app, and certainly no interface.

I've tried shutting down my computer, I've tried restarting, I've tried deleting and restarting... but no progress.

Please help out?
