Mac model: MacBookPro16,1

version of macOS: Sonoma 14.0

First occurred(aprox.): 5/15 7:00 P.M.

When does the error occur: Trying to open the EA app, trying to open TheSIms4 app. It asks for my pc password and then the game crashes

I had no EA app logs when I searched
