If you're experiencing the error(s) while using the EA app for Mac, even after clearing the EA app cache (if possible), or downloading and installing a new copy via ea.com/ea-app, please share the following data with us where possible:

Timestamp when the issue first occurred (date/time): June 3
When does the error occur (opening the EA app, starting a game via the EA app, or during gameplay?): Sims says it needs to update. It started crashing mid-download and now won't open without crashing
