Community ManagerMy EA App keeps crashing. Literally right as I open the app, it crashes. I can't update my sims game because the EA App can't even work properly in order to do the update. How is it that we spend hundreds of dollars on this game and it never works?
I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and it fixed nothing. I restarted my MAC - fixed nothing. So what am I supposed to do? The Sims forcing us to use the EA App to play the game is so stupid.
Like wtf is this??? IMMEDIATELY this is what pops up when I open the EA App. I'm so over this BS. Fix your app and don't tell me some BS 10 step tutorial on what EYE need to do. Why don't you just make an application that works?
Experiencing the same thing!!!! It’s so annoying. I just recently bought expansion packs and I can’t even play them now!!!

Timestamp when the issue first occurred (date/time): Haven't tried launching since late april/beginning of may and then it worked fine.
When does the error occur: Opening the EA app, instant crash report.
What is the current version of your EA app: can't tell, since it's impossible to open the app

Also been trying to fix so I can .rar the files that you need but it doesn't work for me even tho I've followed your link to guide so I give up now.
