Missing bonus Items Sims 4 Life and Death

I have the same issue and I got my code from a friend who works at an EA studio. 

Same! I won a giveaway, and I didn't get the preorder bonus items? Even though it's before December 12??

I have this problem too. I won a giveaway, before the end of the pre-order period, and I don't have the extra items?

Hello. I haven't received the early purchase bonus items either. I purchased through Instant Gaming website. The Life or Death features work but I have not received the music box, mask, nor family portrait. I purchased before the December end date.

Unfortunately, the bonus items are only given if you purchase it from EA (or the person who did the giveaway purchased it/got the code from EA). However, places like Instant Gaming and others sometimes sell the bonus content separately.
