Missing Game in EA app

Question

I have both Alice: Madness returns and Alice: Madness returns - The complete collection in my account and there are two individual entry in the game library of old Origin.But when i login EA app with the same account , there is only Alice: Madness returns in the library. I contact the advisor on EA help and they say i do have both game in their system but somehow The complete collection don't appear on my end for some reason that they can't solve.So it's EA app bug or something else? How to fix?

@Kebab-Removed  Hi,It is likely the case that you still have the edition on your account that you had previously, but that it is just displayed differently in the EA app.Did you install the game already and see if everything is there?

i installed alice madness returns in ea app and run the game,unfortunately it was just alice madeness returns,not the complete collection.Because i didn't find American McGee's Alice in it which was contained in the complete collection.

Try clearing the cache, and app recovery. They are both located in the app on the top left under help. Make sure you log completely out and reboot your system then log back in as an Administrator. If that doesn't work, contact EA Help.&nbsp; Hope this helps.... Good luck.
