Money was withdrawn from my account, but game is missing!?

Hi, i bought away out today and money obviously was withdrawn from bank account but there is no such game in my library? I tried to restart app, clean cash, even restart pc. It doesnt work. What should i do now? I feel like i was scammed.

    @isomsal 

    If the transaction is showing as payment pending, you need to complete your payment either offline or through a third-party source, like PayPal.

    If you're still having issues with this payment going through once you've tried that, please contact the live support team so they can review your billing details with you a bit further to see what's causing the transaction to get stuck.

    @EA_Solaire I had the same problem on FC24. In my purchase history, it says it was purchased but waiting for a response from the service provider. What should I do?

    I followed your instructions but nothing happened,now i am sending my purchase document.I would be so glad if you could fix it asap.Thanks.
