My App won't open, my sims won't launch they don't monitor their email
I'm losing my goddamn mind, about 4 maybe 5 days ago the ea app wanted to update, I was doing some work on my computer and said yes. It started buffering but nothing was happening so I just went back to what I was doing and forgot about it till I wanted to play Sims 3 two ago.
The app was still stuck buffering the exact same as DAYS ago. I force quit and nothing work now.
EA says its open. It won't do anything.
I launch sims 3 and get the menu but when I try to press play to enter the game... more nothing.
I emailed them only to get the response they don't the email anymore.
I'm so sick of EA messing with the games and the app in what appears to be an attempt to make the playing experience unplayable.
I have spent hundreds on sims 4 and sims 3. I still have all my old discs why can I not launch the game that I own and why is Ea trying it's hardest to make it impossible to get their help and to let me play the game that I OWN.
