My EA App is showing friends offline when they aren't

So I logged in EA and my friends list is showing that they all are offline when I know they aren't and they aren't blocking me from seeing them. I can run Battlefield fine, but I cannot join their sq...

Hey man I've tried legitimately everything from this form and online for the last 4 hours and nothing works if u guys have any other ideas or help please let me know, thanks.
