Games gone from library (Origin x EA)

This is really a mess

I had an Origin account since Humble Bundle from 2013 and games I paid for (with all DLCS like Sim City and Titan Fall 1 )

Since the EA app migration and the EA Play mess games I actually purchased are gone from my account or they appear to me as being EA Play titles

To prove this mess, today I went to my old humble bundle origin redeem page and redeemed again some titles that I already redeemed back in Origin days like Mirrors Edge, Dead Space... that were gone from EA launcher

And even so today morning my EA account listed almost 60 games in my account

And out of nowhere in the same **bleep** day appear as I having less than 40 titles

And when I try searching old receipts from EA in the transaction page it shows orders as being "place holders" with no info inside those transactions

Is EA able to make a proper launcher that does not steal games I bought ?
