Hey there,
I'm sorry to hear you're unable to access your game. Could you please confirm where you purchased the game? Was it through the EA app? If yes, you should see it in the purchase history, if it doesn't show in there, there's a chance you're logged in a different account.

@fc69863b921785a1 Sorry you're having issues, I am taking a closer look.
It seems that your xbox account was unlinked from your EA account which led to this game being removed, as it's linked to your xbox account. Can you try linking the account you used before and seeing if it appears? - @SansGelatine thank you for your answer

@fc69863b921785a1 In your account history you only have one grant for FC25 and it was from this account link. If you purchased the game separately do you have an email invoice or receipt? - @SansGelatine my game was fc24 , I never played FC25 and I can't find my email invoice I purchased it from along time
