My sims 4 kit I bought doesn’t show up in game

When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) after I bought the game in game.
Summarize your bug Failure to show up in game. Install failed to pop up. No items in game, even after purchase was confirmed.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy a kit in game, close the game, check the download manager. Nothing will be there.
What happens when the bug occurs? I don’t get to use a pack I paid for.
What do you expect to see? The kit pack in my game.
I just purchased the sims 4 bust the dust kit, and when I go in game, it is as if I didn’t buy the game at all because it’s not showing up no where can I find the items. I even looked up the names individually. Filtered by kits. Absolutely everything. Ever since I switched to the EA app I absolutely regret it everyday. There is problem after problem with this app! It is so unprofessional. I can’t blame others for giving EA such a bad name. This is a joke! I had no issues like this with Origin. In turn I have wasted money on a kit that isn’t in my game. Any ideas what to do to make it work?
I found the solution! (For me personally, let me know if it worked for you) okay so the game said it was installed for me and I assume the rest of you. If you go to my collection> the three dots at the corner of the sims 4 game> manage add ons> it should pop up and say “download” . This is a bug that needs to be fixed because I was under the impression it was installed, because when I clicked on the kit it would say “play” even though it wasn’t installed. That fixed my problem I hope it fixed yours!
