Need For Speed Payback not downloading on PC
I purchased NFS payback from the EA app and it wont download. Its stuck on the preparing stage for at least an hour and then says "unable to download."

Make sure you are logged in to the correct account.
Clear the EA app cache and then retry:

I've already tried that along with restarting my PC and uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app. Still nothing though
