New Sims 4 Kits Not Installing after purchase/download/install

I've purchased one of the newest kits (The First Fits Kit) and its doing the exact same thing. When I go into CAS, it doesn't show up, even if I put the Kits tag. I've tried the following steps, clea...

Hi there @urza2k4,

If you click The Sims 4 game tile in your library in the EA App and go to Manage, then Manage Add-Ons, is the First Fit Kits showing as installed here?

    I am having the same problem, and when I check the Manage Add-Ons the everyday clutter kit that is confirmed purchased is not there. Tried to repair to see if that would fix it and the kit is still not there.

      Please try clearing the cache for the EA app following the steps here, let me know if you see Everyday Clutter once you've done this.
