New Sims 4 Kits Not Installing after purchase/download/install

I've purchased one of the newest kits (The First Fits Kit) and its doing the exact same thing. When I go into CAS, it doesn't show up, even if I put the Kits tag. I've tried the following steps, clea...

My problem is even worse, I simply can't buy the kits. The app says there's a problem with my account and could not proceed with the purchase

@juilha15 This is my problem too. I even tried logging out of the EA app and logging back in. And I still can't buy them.
