Not able to update EAFC25 through EA App

I have been trying to update my FC25 game but the update does not start and I get the message of "there's a problem with your download". Its been annoying that I already run the app recovery and I cannot re-install the app again becasuse the ea app won't download via your website. It gets timed out. Please suggest what to do.
