EA Staff (Retired)Hi @FulMetalPanda can you try to put your device in a Clean Boot and then launch the game? If this error continues, would it be possible to get a DxDiag?
The game doesn't support the EA app at all because developers stopped the support so playing Anthem on EA app is impossible while it's still working on Origin.
I have the same issue on a Fresh Windows 10 install with latest GPU updates, there is nothing to do. Players with fresh Origin install can't play the game anymore.
Has there been any update to this? if so this is scugin dumb if we bought on Origin we just can't play anymore is ridiculous
Community Manager@SirKrimsonSins There has not been an update to this as of this morning. The cause has been found, it is a matter of fixing it for everyone. When there is an update for it, I will let yall know here.
So the cause has been found, but I am guessing it is still broken?
I guess we just got to keep posting until they finally fix, because it seems like EA support just doesnt really want the help.
I'm sorry to say this but the email option for support is terrible, part of customer support is actually talking to your customers
