Payment Error - EA PLAY PRO
Hey everyone,
I’m trying to subscribe to EA Play Pro through the EA App/Website, but every time I try to complete the payment, I get this message:
“Your request could not be processed. We couldn’t verify your credit or debit card.”
I’m using a Mastercard and a Visa, and I’ve already tried a few things:
- Checked that all my card info (number, expiration date, CVV, billing address) is correct.
- Contacted my bank — they confirmed that online and international payments are enabled.
- Waited and retried later.
- Made sure 3D Secure (SMS verification) is active.
Despite all this, the payment still fails.
I’m based in Morocco, so I’m wondering if this could be a regional or currency issue with the EA App, or if there’s another workaround.
Has anyone else faced this issue or found a solution?
