Payment issue - unable to process payment

i am getting an error on the EA APP And website, including the website when accessed from mobile phone.

they're unable to process payment.

been trying for 5 hours now, nothing works. clearing cache, restarting app, etc etc.

also, i've tried 3 different cards.

2 debit cards and 1 credit card. same error, across the board. (all 3 are visa cards.)

please fix asap EA! thanks!

SOLVED.
apparently there's some truth to the "TRY AGAIN LATER" thing that everybody keeps talking about.

Yes - same problem. This is both in EA app and ingame BF6.

Tbh, win for me, loose for EA-
But still bloody annoying. Dont want my money? then I just keep it!

PS. i also bought something a few days ago. like, literally 2 days ago and went through without a hitch.
this is definitely EA's side of the problem.
hope EA resolves this soon.

Same Issue here. It is tied to your payment method. I am using a Visa debit. My partner also tried with her Visa debit and got the same error.
