payment pending
I purchased a Sims 4 expansion pack today - unfortunately something went wrong at the first attempt and I got a message saying payment pending. I tried reordering and and the purchase was completed with no problem. But now I have an order for the same expansion stuck with at the "payment pending" stage. How do I clear/cancel the extra order.

Typically, a pending payment will process through within 2-3 days, once this payment has fully processed through, you can contact the live support team to submit a refund on this duplicate purchase.
Once you see the payment has fully processed, please contact live support from the help site here so they can get a refund submitted for you: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/using-ea-help/
