Check if the issue persists while using a newly created Windows User Account with Administrative privileges.

    Hello I've been playing Sims 4 for about a year. When I click to open the ea app for the first time in two days, I encounter the "app crshed unexpectedly" error. When I click on the Restart app option, the problem does not go away. Even though I uninstalled and reinstalled the application, the problem is not solved. And my game doesn't open. I will be glad if you help me. Playing a game we paid for shouldn't be this difficult.
