This error is usually given when the folder in which the game is being created does not have the necessary permissions required by EA. You can either check if the game is actually being created in a system folder, or you can go to any chosen folder, right click, properties, security, edit, add, advanced, find now, "everyone", " ok", "ok", check "full access" in checkboxes, and apply.
