Potential Workaround - Missing Download Button

Hi everyone,  We've been investigating the reports we've seen where there is no Download button when viewing a game in your Collection.  It looks like this may be related to ad-blocking or DNS...

I bought the ea pass, but as you can see, there are no download or purchase buttons. I have the same problem since yesterday.

    Didn't you have this problem before or did you just buy it too ?

      I also installed ea app on my 2nd computer and it has the same problem. I think the problem is from the internet, now i will try to use another internet

        tried from my mobile internet and still the same problem... -

      @Beag_58 I bought ea play four days ago and I've been having the same problem for four days. And this problem happens in all games in ea play.
