my app for some reason wont update the sims 4 game. i tried app recovery, ran as admin, restarted the app, cleared cache. no third party programs are blocking my EA. what's going on?

Hi, I seem to have the same issue (mac-user), but repairing the game doesn't seem to help... I'm stuck on version 1.126.58.1230. I've updated the EA-app to the latest version available for mac (13.754.0.6267).
mydoublehorn That's the current version of Sims 4, released July 21. There was a small update two days later for Windows only, to fix an issue that caused Windows security software to block the game, but as it didn't change the game itself, it didn't change the version number either.
