I have just redeemed a voucher for Game Pass and saw NFS Heat on there.
I went to download it and this is all I'm getting, even after following several guides of uninstalled and running as Admin.
This is happening on every game, and the only reason I instelled this was because Origin (Which works fine) doesn't support my Xbox Game Pass.
Help, I just want to play a game!!!
I fixed it by changing DNS server and restarting the app. Switching it back to my original DNS server brought back the problem.
- 4 years ago@CaughtInMyScoPe This is the answer! Thank you. I was using Cloudflare DNS and my friends are presumably using their ISP's, Google's, etc. I connected to my VPN provider and everything works fine.

My dns settings were already in the auto-get dns settings option. I tried google and cloudflare dns settings and opened the ea app again. But problem was not solved. Where am I doing wrong? @stncttr908 @CaughtInMyScoPe

@Umutsasi Here are the failed DNS entries I captured while not using my VPN, maybe you can try to add these to your hosts file?
