Hey all, is it possible to try on a different network to see if you have the same issue?

Can I ask with what ISP you see the issue and where you are located?

@EA_Darko I am forcing Cloudflare DNS on my router so the ISP/location isn't really relevant. Switching on my VPN, which forces its own DNS through the tunnel, works fine. What's interesting is once the game is downloaded (FIFA 22 in this case) I can run it via my desktop shortcut and it loads fine, so presumably this workaround is only needed to trigger the download/confirm to the EA App that the game is purchased/downloaded.
