Purchased Sims 4 add on, EA app on PC asks me to buy it again

Question

I purchased the Cats &amp; Dogs add on today as well as a few other add ons, the cats &amp; dogs add on is the only one that is giving me this issue. On my EA Order history it shows that the purchase was successful and my bank account was charged. All the other add ons show as in my collection but Cats and Dogs only shows $17.99.

@EA_Solaire I'm having this issue too, charged for the add-on and then do not see it in my collection to download. Asks me to purchase again when I pull up the add-on

Hi&nbsp;@30061369,

There was a brief issue with the EA app yesterday which is now resolved- please clear the cache for the app following these steps&nbsp;then check if you're able to download your pack by clicking The Sims game tile, and going to Manage-&gt; Manage Add-Ons.&nbsp;

In the EA App, if you go to your library and click the 3 dots at the upper right corner of The Sims 4 game tile and select&nbsp;Manage Add-Ons, are you seeing Cats &amp; Dogs there available to download?&nbsp;

@EA_Solaire Just tried it again. Didn't work in the EA app. But it worked when I did it on windows, via the start menu. My problem is solved, thank you!
