Please describe Recently purchased sims kits not showing/functioning as purchased

Summarize your bug I purchased the 2 new sims 4 kits greenhouse haven and basement treasures kit on 4/21/23 and after the order had gone through both packs were showing as not owned/purchased.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure if you can find the bug, but maybe if you purchase a pack it'll happen to you.
What happens when the bug occurs? It occurred when I purchased the kits and what happens is I can not play with the kits I purchased.
What do you expect to see? I expect that when i purchase a game or any dlc that the packs download
I purchased the new sims 4 kits greenhouse haven and basement treasures on 4/21/23 and after the order had gone through neither one started to auto-download. I went to the sims 4>manage add-ons they were not appearing in the list so I went to the sims 4>add-ons and both were showing as not owned and available for purchase. I went to EA Help and they directed me here when I selected my problem of order>order not received. I'm really hoping somebody can help direct me to a EA advisor who I can actually speak to, to resolve this issue as I would like to use and access my new sims 4 kits. I've also attached a photo of the EA help directing me to answer hq, in case it's needed. I hopw everyone has a great day!
