Re: BF4 Game Not Available In 'EA Desktop'.

I can't find BF4 in My Collection in EA Desktop too. I have BFBC2, BF3, BF4, BFH, BF1, BFV in Origin. EA Desktop shows all of them except BF4 and offers me to buy it, meanwhile, new app shows owned DLCs. I think clearing the cache won't solve the problem.

Nothing happened after clearing the cache. Two PCs have same result: BF4 is missed from my collection.

I also found two games are present in EA Desktop but they are no in my collection: Dead Space 2 and Warp

Thank you for trying the troubleshooting and testing it on another PC. 

Just to make sure that this isn't a general issue, are these three games all showing up on Origin?

Tried United Kingdom, nothing changed. Still missing Bad Company 2 and Battlefield 4 in "My collection"

Should i try other "Pricings" or "Language" ?

Same thing. No Bad company 2 and BF4. ( Netherlands this time)

Also tried a bunch of countries but no luck. ☹️

I've managed to add it to my EA Desktop library via EA play, however it still fails to launch using this app while origin works perfectly. Before anyone asks, yes i do fully own BF4.

We had a look and "Game Name Unavailable" doesn't seem to impact too many players so it no longer seems like a bug. 

Could you explain what is happening for you @Dr_No_pt?

@EA_Jason No, they show me the price to pay as if i don't own them.
BF4 only the main game shows me price, DLC's are shown as mine.

I just had a look to make sure that it is not a different issue, but this is exactly what we are investigating. Unfortunately I don't have any updates to share are this time. 

The only solution for now is to launch your games using Origin instead of the EA app.
