Re: "Cannot Verify Credit Or Debit Card"

I have the same issue "we were unable to verify your credit or debit card. please check your payment details and try again. alternatively try another credit card or payment option or check with your card issuer or bank."

I've spoken to my bank, the error they get when I try to buy something through EA app is something on EA's end, not my bank.

I've tried different cards. All are Visas.

I tried to buy through your website but no luck.

I've tried to add payment through my "payment method" - no luck.

I tried to buy it through steam but then I got to download the main game first! 

I'm trying to buy a dlc for Sims 4, and I would not like to dl the main gaim once more through steam.

So I'm rather upset cos I believe that EA should provide bulletproof solution for this.

So tell me devs, what should I do now?
