This will not help you get your stuff back, but go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4. You should see all of your games, expansion packs, and other stuff listed in an abbreviated version. It is not gone, but I don't know how to access it either. If you go to C:\Program Files\EA Games, there is nothing in it. I am assuming it either piggybacks on to the Origin Games file, or it is now a cloud file.

Does anyone know how to find the base game's Game Hub? In the Library it says that you can find all of your game purchases in the base game's Game Hub, but I do not know to find it. This is clearly not an isolated issue since I have seen several posts with this issue! EA Games, please resolve this issue NOW! This has been going on since the release of The Sims™ 4 Horse Ranch Expansion Pack! I have purchase confirmation emails all the way back to 2014! I can prove ownership! Find the problem and fix this NOW!!!

Is your game library in the EA app currently showing as blank or empty? Can you attach a screenshot to your post please of what you're seeing?

I have attached two pictures of what I am getting. I also went into Settings, My Profile, Manage, My Account. I tried to get my Order History, but I needed a code, so I requested a code, but I never received a code. I tried several times, but to no avail. I am hoping you can help. Also, I have all of my emails showing purchase confirmations dating from 2014 to now.
